New Equipment

One (1) NEW MP50PC twin screw extruder, 50mm diameter twin screw extruder for powder coatings. 15:1 L/D with 50 HP DC drive. 600 RPM screw speed, control panel, volumetric feeder, and chill belt. 600 – 1,200 pounds per hour of powder coatings.

NEW MP15 twin screw compounder is a co-rotating, continuous mixer/extruder used primarily in laboratories for making sample-size quantities of products. The MP15 is an excellent research and development tool for providing process feasibility of products for eventual scale-up to production quantities.

One (1) B&P Model FTS-60 Ko-Kneader, 60mm diameter reciprocating single-screw extruder, 12:1 L/D with 75 HP DC drive, 500 RPM screw speed, control panel, temperature control units (water), and twin-screw side stuffer feeder. New condition. 600 -1,200 pounds per hour for powder coatings applications.

Used Equipment

One (1) Used MPF160 - 160mm, 25:1 L/D Co-rotating Twin Screw Extruder for compounding up to 7,000 lbs/hr of polymer formulations. Includes an 800HP @ 320 RPM Reliance DC Motor (Rebuilt 11/99) and Drive, with wear resistant metallurgy in the process section.

One (1) 70mm Kneader, 70mm diameter reciprocating single-screw extruder, 18:1 L/D with 40 HP drive. 500 RPM screw speed, control panel, temperature control units (oil), and (2) crammer/stuffers for top feed. Suitable for powder coatings, thermoplastics, and other mixing applications. Also available: Crosshead extruder and hot face pelletizer

One (1) Model SE-1600, 40mm diameter, 16:1 L/D Co-rotating Twin Screw Extruder. Special design, developed for mixing "energetic" materials. 26 HP hydraulic drive unit.

Model HP4060TC, 40:1 L/D Twin Screw Extruder Equipment Package

One (1) Model HP4060TC, 40:1 L/D Twin Screw Extruder for compounding up to 1,500 lbs/hr of polymer formulations.
