Our area code has changed

Please note that our area code has changed from 517 to 989. Although the phone company has assured us that all the necessary changes have taken place at a national level, some customers are still unable to reach us using the new area code depending on where they are calling us from. If you experience problems contacting us, you may have to seek assistance from your local phone carrier by dialing 0 and asking them to connect the number for you. At that time you may want to ask the local carrier to update their records to include the 989 area code as a valid code within their systems.

Also, the phone system you are dialing from in your office may need to be configured to accept 989 as a valid area code as well. Please contact your company phone administrator to see if the 989 area code needs to be added to your system.
